Are your items handmade?

Yes, all our flowers are handcrafted by Janet. Some of our flowers feature little embellishments and all usually potted in either new or vintage vases, pots and tea-sets. All our flowers are put together in our little workshop near Manchester.

Do you use eco/green paper and materials?

Most of our papers are FSC sourced and some of our designs are made from recycled paper, such as books, comics and sheet music. Some of our pots are re-purposed/vintage items purchased at local charity shops. What quality paper do you use?

We use a mix of high quality materials for our flowers. Most of our designs require a strong card-like paper to guarantee that the shape will hold. What size are your flowers?

Our designs vary in size, dependant on the pot used to store them and the desired look for the particular design. Any size specifications we offer should always be considered as approximations. Are your products safe around young children?

We do advise that our products be kept out of reach of small children. The wiring method we use to form the flowers can be quite pointy, though we have done our best to reduce any sharp edges by bending and covering the wires and keeping them contained within a vase, where applicable.

Certainly! If you have a special occasion you would like us to help make even more special, you can place your order request through our Contact Us page.(javascript:void(0)) Alternatively, feel free to phone on 07533577183 and we can discuss every perfect detail. Please give us plenty of notice before the event, as we are a very small company and your perfect handcrafted flowers may need time to be prepared.

I don't have an Etsy account, how can I buy my flowers?"

Etsy provides a guest checkout option for customers who don't have an Etsy account. Their checkout system is fully secured and encrypted for your safety when shopping online. You can choose to pay via card payment or PayPal.

Is there somewhere I can see your flowers?

How will my items be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Currently we only deliver to UK Residents. Shipping is automatically calculated at checked depending on the size and weight of your item(s). We offer free delivery on some of the items listed in our shop. Smaller items are charged at a flat rate of £2.95 and larger items are charged at a flat rate of £4.95. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have changed our courier to Hermes Door-to-Door Contact-Free delivery which usually takes 3-5 day to arrive. Please be advised that most of our items are made to order, so it could take several days before we post your item(s).

Do you offer International Delivery?

We currently do not offer International Delivery.

We’re sorry to hear your order wasn’t quite perfect, you can absolutely exchange it for something you think you’d prefer once the original product has been returned to us in the same condition. Please Contact Us here (javascript:void(0))to discuss your exchange.
Please note that the customer must pay the returns postage. We are a very small company and we do our best to accurately describe and photograph each of our pieces.
We do not offer refunds on any bespoke items, as these are designed under your specifications and usually cannot be resold.

How should I look after my flowers?

Accepted Answer

As your flowers are made of paper, they have a very long lifespan. However, paper does age and wear. We advise they are kept out of direct sunlight if you wish to avoid discolouration. They are safe to dust provided it’s done lightly and they aren’t vacuumed. Do not use any wet cleaning products on them as it is likely to disfigure the flower. Look after them well and you can Paper Your Day forever.
